Adventures in China

Earlier this month I left for a business trip in Shenzhen to meet with my colleagues from the other side of the world. After a productive week spent with my welcoming coworkers at the factory I had the opportunity to spend a long weekend exploring new places in beautiful China. I took a short flight up north to Beijing where I spent the next two days exploring the city and hopping on a bus for a destination even further north. That destination was The Great Wall, specifically the Mutianyu section about an hour from the city. The second day was for visiting The Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven as I walked around Beijing. The trip was capped off with a day spent walking around Hong Kong, including taking in a view of the city from Victoria Peak. I knew it was ambitious to see this much in a long weekend but I’m proud to report that my first solo international trip was a success. Thanks for checking out my pictures!
